Meal Planning - May 3

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday - Zuppa Toscana (made ahead & frozen)


Tuesday - Salsa Chicken Casserole (made ahead & frozen in two bags - rice in one, chicken mixture in the other; assembled right before cooking)

Wednesday - Potato Soup (made ahead & frozen)

Thursday - Chicken Spaghetti (made ahead & frozen)

Friday - Shepherd's Pie (meat mixture made ahead & frozen; potatoes made and dish assembled right before cooking)

Saturday - King Ranch Chicken Casserole (made ahead & frozen)

Sunday - Baby Burgers
